Privacy Policy

Paideia World operates Global (app.paideiaworld.com) and a separate RU instance (app.ru.paideiaworld.com) with its own database. Full text: docs/legal/PRIVACY_POLICY_v1.md.

Data we process

• Account: name, email, phone, date of birth, role
• Sport: teams, programs, tests, tournament results
• Health/wellness: only with explicit consent
• Technical: IP, device, cookies (see cookie policy)
• Payments: metadata via processors — not full card numbers when hosted checkout

Why

Provide the Service, child safety, optional AI (minimized prompts), tournaments, billing, security. Lawful bases: contract, consent (especially health), legitimate interests for security.

Children

Minors under parent/guardian or school flows. Parental consent for sensitive assessments.

Processors

Hosting, email, payment (Ziina/Stripe as enabled), AI vendors — see Third-Party Processors registry. Customer DPA templates under docs/legal/dpa/.

Your rights

Access/export and deletion via in-app Privacy & Data Rights or email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days. Complaints: UAE Data Office (PDPL) or Roskomnadzor (RU) as applicable.

Retention

While account is active; after delete, 30-day grace then erase/anonymize. Details: Retention Schedule v1.
